You can easily change or cancel your booking by logging into your account or by phone. We are ready to assist with your request. 

Cancellation Notice Requirements:

To avoid any charges, please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. This time frame gives us the flexibility to manage our schedules effectively.

Generally, yes. We always endeavour to match you with a cleaner who will continue your service ongoing, however there are occasions such as public holidays, illnesses, emergencies and travel/holidays that may impact your usual cleaner being sent to your property. We always try our very best to give you plenty of notice of any changes made to your service, but unfortunately, there are things that are out of our control that may impact your service on the day booked. We can not guarantee a regular cleaner for 3/4-weekly bookings due to scheduling issues.

 It’s up to you! You can be home, leave after letting the cleaner in, or not be present at all. Providing a key or using a lockbox can facilitate access. Our cleaners are most effective when the space is unoccupied.

Yes—we supply all necessary cleaning equipment and chemicals. Our products are friendly and safe for everyday use in your home, ensuring both environmental protection and personal safety. Additionally, we are happy to accommodate clients who prefer to use their own cleaning products.
